Planning the trip down for the Oct 28-29 event and I was just wondering if anybody had any info about hotels close-by.

Here's a list from the ECTA website. Pine Acres is an ECTA favorite and they give an ECTA discount. They fill up pretty far in advance on meet weekends. Holiday Inn Express and Jameson are nice, but a bit more expensive last I checked. I avoid the Scotland Inn, as it is pretty shabby and the Clinton can be rowdy at night.

scotland was $45 a night for two beds, double occ. they have a restaurant, bar and beds all in one parking lot. that won my vote.
as warm as it was on the track, a few gin and tonics were in order.
