Trouble getting return emails from BMST

Have people been getting responses to their emails to BMST?
I had sent a question to the rules committee over 2 weeks ago then followed up with an email to Linnea about a week ago and have not heard from either.

Not sure if it was right place at the right time, But a bout a week and half ago I had to ask Both a question
Delvene got back to me next day , Worked out what I needed, And then she confirmed also in one day !
Linnea has givin me an answer to some small questions with a day a few times lately...
Maybe you caught both in a Busy time ?

Thank you Linnea, I'll try and contact the rules committee again.
Rex and I have exchanged emails over my question but as smart and helpful that he is, he doesn't have final say.  :cheers:
