I just received my 2016 rule book and was looking for new rules regarding access panels added for this year. I read on one of the threads that these panels are mandatory for special construction cars. Can someone point me to the rule book section that covers these panels or am I confused about the whole thing?
TIA,
John

Just so you might know, Giggle, . . .
Rule Book changes are in Bold Face the first year they take place. So looking thru the book, the Bold Face items are usually changes.

Thank you, gentlemen. That was a pretty big miss on my part (lol). Sometimes the obvious escapes me. I hope it never happens to you.
