Hello Everyone,
It's happening. The Bonneville Raceway Museum project has started in full swing. We have an architect in place for the design work. The land is acquired. A promotion firm will soon be selected to help us get the word out on the museum. The museum will be located on the edge on the Salt Flats near I-80 Exit 2 in Wendover, Utah. This will be a world class facility that will encompass the rich history of the entire sport of land speed racing at the flats. We hope to have displays from the garage/backyard mechanic to the big teams. Also the years of administration and support that have made the events happen will be part of the museum. We need your help with getting the word out, stories to highlight, displays to design, and financial support. Visit us on our Facebook page at

Looks great! Let's hope there is still salt to race on when the museum is completed.

The City of Wendover City council (Utah)  has voted down the building of the museum since no legacy funding was secured. Mayor Mike Crawford has purchased a residence on the other side of the country and may well be leaving this project in the dust bin.

Please be careful before you donate anything, or any money to this project.
