Actually Max has doubled my pay so many times I can hardly keep track...  except for the time when we fried the motor... he cut my pay in half to help with the expenses  :|

So here are a few more pics of the buck...it is upside down with closeups of the formed parts.

Is that the face of a Roswell alien in the knot on pic 066?  LOL

Is the plan to have this bike on the salt in 2017?  My father in law keeps asking (I promised him a trip 2 years ago LOL)

Well folks it appears Max has been working on the bike a little lately.  I was in his neighborhood and dropped by for a chat.  He has the bottom roughly constructed and ready to weld parts together, but he will finish the top before he welds.

He said he was about to call me anyway because he needed help turning the fairing over so he could work on the top next.  So we flipped it over... OK Max... back to work.

Looks like Max has been working on the bike... stopped by to check on him and WOW!  Max stitched 44 pieces of aluminium together and now he has a little clean up, then cut it apart and mount it to the new bike.  Here's some pics of the progress

the three pieces that make up the tail section.  the unit frame, the seat and the fuel tank.  note the frame has three integral tanks built into it.   a picture of the on board compressor and a sneek peek at the front half of the bike in the background.
