Looking Good! Is that a buck for aluminum, or are you using urethane or polystyrene foam for a fiberglass plug?
It reminds me of our High mileage bike shell we made in the 70's

We did have some bulges for the steering that you may not need.
This shows the NACA Duct that we used for cooling air. The air was run into a shroud that was formed over the motor, it worked pretty well, don't know if you could do it with those motors, very complicated forms for sure. This photo shows the connection to the shroud, not very clear maybe, hope this helps in your work!
