A class "rear fender"
« on: January 20, 2016, 09:22:08 AM »
I'm building an A class naked bike....I don't see anything in the rule book for rear tire coverage like there is for modified production...No fender or seat is required to extend back to the axle center line?  Thanks

Yes, it says the fender  shall not extend beyond shall not extend 3 inches beyond the tire and a seat is used shall not extend past the tire...Is this to say the seat and or fender MUST extend to these limits? Or can it be shorter?

Limits would be the Maximum size... or the maximum length...You can be shorter... this isn't nascar, we don't have templates, build anything within the envelope.

You must have at least two things that are not acceptable in modified production to go to Altered class. The rear fender was one of mine.
