 :cheers:  Since nobody else has -- I'll offer up a place for sending holiday wishes across the Forum and site.  Nancy and I send our best wishes to each and every one of you -- even the guys in Wisconsin -- for safe and fun and fast racing -- and everything else, too. :cheers:  Enjoy your holiday feast just like in the old days, you hear me?

By the way -- for those of you that like to jerk my chain about where we live -- it's the day before Christmas and the ground is bare.  All of the less-than-one-foot that we've had this year -- is gone.  Today's temp is forecast to be in the mid 30s, and for the big day tomorrow -- 34 and mostly sunny.

I might just take one of the bikes out for a celebratory ride.  The last time I rode on Christmas day was in 1995.

So I was telling someone in town that I was thinking of taking the bike out -- and his response, driven by the amount of salt the Road Commission has already spread on the roads this month - was something like "But aren't you afraid of getting salt on your bike?".

Unh, guy -- it's not that big a deal to some of us, you know? :-D :-D

All three of my boys and one daughter are here with four grandkids.  We are stuck indoors due to the weather.  Us guys retreat to the cellar and shop and mayhem ensues.  All sorts of pounding, grinding, machining, repair and fab, beer drinking and carrying on.  This is the best Christmas in years.  Gretchen called from Tasmania.  It is 100 degrees there, Christmas day, and she is OK.  She saw a tiger snake in the woods.  We hope all of you have a nice holiday.
