November 2015 El Mirage
« on: November 11, 2015, 11:00:42 AM »
Guys,

The Final Race of the Season,  IT"S A GO.
Weather and courses look good.

Here is the info and schedule as posted on the SCTA-BNI Website & FaceBook page.

Hi Racers,

El Mirage is dry, cool and beautiful like a sheet of glass. The race tracks have been laid out and prepared
for racing. The two courses look great. We should have an excellent event as long as the weather
cooperates. Arm bands are required at the starting line for everyone; you can acquire your armband at
the registration trailer. If crew members need arm bands early on Saturday or Sunday the registration
trailer will be open around 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. We will notify you as soon as possible if the weather
prohibits us from racing.

Friday:
• Inspection & Registration Opens at Noon
• 3:00 Rookie orientation – ALL Rookie Drivers & Rookie Riders Must Attend if you want to run on Saturday
• 4:00 course walk

Saturday:
• Arm bands will be available before racing at registration around 6 to 7:00 a.m.
• Inspection & Registration after 7:00 a.m.
• Patrol meeting 7:00 a.m. at starting line
• Drivers meeting at 7:15 a.m. at starting line
• Racing begins following drivers meeting
• Rookie orientation at 3:00 p.m. – ALL Rookie Drivers & Rookie Riders Must Attend if you want to run on Sunday
• Course walk at 4:00 p.m.
• Land Speed Tire Seminar at 4:30 p.m. (starts after course walk)

Sunday:
• Arm bands will be available before racing at registration around 6 to 7:00 a.m.
• Inspection & Registration after 7:00 a.m.
• Patrol meeting 7:00 a.m. at starting line
• Drivers meeting at 7:15 a.m. at starting line
• Racing begins following drivers meeting

See you all there,

Bill Lattin
SCTA President & Race Director
