It would appear we lost the final 10-15 minutes.
Sure was good while it lasted.
NBC likes to crow about "Breakfast at Wimbledon";  but I think "Brunch at Wilmington" is a whole bunch better.

Thanks again, Jon and Gregg; job well done!!! cheers

Done for the day and year here in Wilmington.

We'll do it again in 2016.

Was talking with Brian after the meet ended and he came to the same conclusion/guess that I did.....The wind must be screwing with the antennae/broadcast. He said he will be getting a stronger transmitter before next year so we'll see if that helps.

Gregg, how far is the suspect antenna from the receiver?

Just thought of something Jon (Aw HELL, we're in trouble now!!! LOL!!!)
Let me email Brian and see if I can get a direct feed from his transmitter and not even use my receiver.
Seems like you told me something like that would work.

It sure oughta work - and should reduce the chances for errors and interference and so on.

But - while it'll for sure work, it might take some farkling to get your stuff to properly interface with his.  At Mojave I got a direct audio feed -- but something - impedances, cables, levels, whatevers - made it not work worth a dang so I resorted to other means.  Remember that the 'puter isn't necessarily set up to accept a straight audio input signal - so you might have some fiddlin' to do.

The moral of the story -- test your system (including both yours and his) before you're trying to feed stuff to the 'net.

I'll getcha a report on data use over the weekend once I get the Verizon page to settle down and talk to me.

I'm assuming it doesn't, but just thought I'd ask if this gets recorded as an audio file by anyone, and could it be reposted? (YouTube, torrent, etc)  It'd be fun to hear what was being broadcast while I was running down the track...

Yes, all of our audio streams are archived when we end the stream for the day!

To get to them:
Click on the link at the top of the page and it will take you to a screen that will show archived events on the right side of the page.
Click on the link for the date you want and it will automatically start playing.
I do have a talking clock that announces the hour on the hour so that can help in finding when you ran.

HTH,
Gregg

Edited to add:
I just tried the above directions and our software vendor is currently having issues.

This is from their System Status page:
Meridix.com Website/Database DNS provider issues affecting routing. Engineers are working to resolve.

I'll try later and post when I can get to the archives.  Gregg

Mike,
The domain issue is the same problem they where having last night.
When I tried it this morning it worked. Must have gone down after me/before you tried.
Just clicked the above link and it is working again.

Gregg a question for you. how long is the shut off area at Ohio and what was the cause of two cars going out the back door etc. were they chute failures or high speed runs with  to short of shut down room.
