BMST 2016 dates??
« on: September 15, 2015, 02:53:05 AM »
I know this is early, but, does anyone know the dates for next years BMST event?
Having returned from the US on Saturday, I am now looking at making plans for next years Bonneville trip. We are hoping to visit Yellowstone (hopefully after BMST) but that place gets booked up pretty early. so the earlier I can get dates, the better chance we have of getting in there.

Any info' would be appreciated.

Cheers all.
John

Right. Book vacation time with the guv'nor.

Pray for dry weather and for the gods of salt to fill that pan deep and crisp and even!

Cheers all. Here is looking forward to next year.

Thanks for posting the dates, Something to look forward to. If only the salt complies !
Ive said more than my share of Prayers, I almost think its worse only being there once and dying to get back.
Ive had to hear the worst of well wishers with there,
At least youve been.
At least you actually ran.
If it never happens again you can say you ran there.
At least your dream came true...
AArrrggghh. First time everything is too new and untried, Now I cant wait to get back and hear the
crunch of the salt as you first step on it , Mmmmmmmmmmmm
Doesnt Mean That Much To me, To Mean That Much To You !

Andy, we shipped a bike from Oregon to Wales and back using www.motofreight.com  They are based in the UK and they did a good job.  You can pay them to worry about customs in the UK and US.  I did and it was money well spent.

I have contacted them and they replied with a quote to fly the bike out within hours.
There might be up to 3 bikes wanting to travel and so a container might be our best option.
Thanks for the link
