Speaking of programs . . .

For those of you that have never seen the annual SpeedWeek Program, here's a sample.  There are over 500 pre-entries featured with text about the models and engines, along with a great picture of the vehicle.  It's 156 pages -- most like the page featured here -- along with advertisements from the suppliers you want to get to know.  If you want to see what the various classes look like -- and who's the competition -- go to the SCTA website and order yours today for only $10.

(That was a commercial -- I know, I used to write them.)

Stan,

Indeed an Awesome program. Probably the best one yet.
That Jim Kitchen guy does a fantastic job.
They are on sale for.... $ 7.00 in the Scta website store and will be re-listed later today in the Ebay store for the same price.
Come and get them while they are available !!

Yea, print the page with #369, Waters-Manghelli-Romero /BFR on it. Oh you can't, something happened between the paying of the entry fee and the printing of the program.

DW --

Two people checked that ALL pre-paid entry numbers received BEFORE the deadline were in the book.  I guess something bad happened to leave out the famous #369.  Don't know what.

Is it just me or does that cover pic pretty well sum up Bonneville racing in 2015?  Looking good and ready to race but the car's wrapped up in the chute.  :-(

Yeah, well -- sorta.  Pork Pie told me about the photo and I know that if you look closely you can tell the tires (at least the RR) is turning backwards and kicking up a tad of salt.  Andy got his baptism under fire - and did pretty well, didn't he?

But year - it does represent a lot of Bonneville's travails in the last year or two, doesn't it?
