A concrete drive at 100' wide would be 528,000 square feet per mile.  At 6" thick it would cover 54 sq/ft per yard, so you would need roughly 10,000 yards per mile.  Figure about $750,000 per mile for materials and probably a similar amount for labor and prep.  An easy $7.5 million for five miles.  This would be cheap for Goodyear, but prohibitive for the rest of us.  These old bomber bases are looking better everyday.
