How to get ahold of Bill Guzenski the Elmo announcer

I see Bill pays for an add in the SCTA Racing News.
Well, maybe I should take this personally, but I have tried calling Bill at the number in the add and have left maybe a half dozen messages over the past few months and he has yet to return a single call. 
Can someone poke him in the butt, or maybe give him the instruction book on how to use a telephone?
Or give me an alternate way to contact him?
I'd appreciate it.
