normally they have:
two 5 mile courses (short) which gives you 2 miles to get up to speed, 1 mile measured and 2 miles to slow down
one RWB course which gives you 1 mile to get up to speed, 1 mile measured and 2 miles to slow down
one long course which depending on salt conditions gives you 3-5 miles to get up to speed, 1 mile measured and 3-5 miles to slow down
