Passing of Phil Schilling Editor at CYCLE Magazine
« on: June 02, 2015, 07:52:10 PM »
If You haven't read it somewhere else I'll tell that Phil Schilling passed away several days ago.

When Cook Neilson left CYCLE Magazine in 1979 Phil took over as editor. It was Phil and

Cook that prepared the Ducati that won the Daytona Super Bike race in 1977.

That put Ducati in the spot light in the USA and they have built on that ever since.

This link has a copy of his obituary that his wife, Allyn, prepared.

He was a   J E W E L  !!

RIP Phil.
