There is now one in Yuma Az. also

That's what I'd think would have to be addressed.

The quickest way of losing insurance would be to have an accident and a participant show up positive on intoxicating substance. That would screw things up for everybody involved in the sport.

I see a substance abuse policy in the near future.

The way I see it is, if someone wants to do drugs that's their business, just don't let your behavior screw things up for me and everyone else.
