Fuel shut off requirements

In the Motorcycle fuel rules it says that you have to be able to shut the fuel off without removing your hands from the bars. Can this be an electrical cut off for the pump and nitrous solenoids or is a manual valve required. I am having some packaging issues so an electrical interrupt would be a lot easier

Yes, if your fuel system has electrical valves/solenoids/fuel pumps, a cutoff switch that you can activate without moving your hands from the grips is sufficient.
