Looking for a Red Shirt Guy

If anyone knows this guy please give me info, He has some pictures I would like to see ?
If you go to Scooters 2014  Pictures on Picture # 8 Hes the one with no sleeves and givin the horns ?
He has a grey beard and speaks with a raspy voice ?
