My favorite magazine is the bi-monthly Collectible Automobile. It's usually full of stock automobiles -- from the 20s thru the 80s. Good photography and very little advertising -- usually just for their own other publications. Enuf of an ad for them --
The June issue has a 24-page (yes, 24) article on Norm Thatcher and his racing Chrysler products. It's one of their very few racing articles, mainly about Bonneville but also includes some of his drag racing and El Mirage history. I recommend it and have enjoyed at least the first half of it -- haven't read it all yet.
