That worked!
Too bad you won't be staying with the track-T. Always been one of my favorite styles of hot rod.

I like it Tom.

Why not build a cage such that you could put on a sprint car body later but start out with the "T" body. It's classic!  :-D

I like it too, the Vintage Oval Track rules specifically do not allow Track T's and that is the only class that allows the feet through the bottom of the frame thing. The VOT chair thinks that I should try to make into a street roadster and just play with it but that 137 record in XF/VOT is calling me. I am open to ideas though, it should be here next week.

Just for a start, it's got way too much engine set-back for a Street Roadster -- and they frown on using alcohol in that Category.

Kinda reminds me of our first drag roadster.

The first 9 second gas roadster at Fontana.  (Of course we started about 150 feet back of the starting line -- almost on Foothill Blvd.)

I have tried many times to add other pix but just end up in digital hell, it will have to wait until the 8 Ball arrives at its new home. I was pretty hooked by the time I saw how well the cooling system was engineered and the dual temp guages.
