Why is it that every time some dude on these shows causes trouble he's not wearing a shirt?.
I know not all but.... the dumbest, most stupid perp never has a shirt on. :-D :-D :-D

Sheriff John Bunnel never shows a car chase where the cop is left standing. I thought you
guys had fast cars over there?. :evil:

My theory is that the lack of a shirt somehow negatively impacts "brain cooling" and therefore "brain function".   :evil:  :-D

It's just a working theory at this point and I'm not willing to do the full research . . . . . .

I am willing to turn the idea over to "Maury" or "Dr. Phil" for a thorough investigation though . . . . . .

What is interesting is that my daughter when she was a teenager had the same observation.  Why is it the bad guys don't where shirts? It might slow them down running from the police.
