As we will be away for a few days Carol & I want to wish all of our LSR friends a safe and a Merry Christmas. This year has been interesting with all of the rain outs. My club the Gear Grinders earned the number one points chase at El Mirage. We won by 1 point

Home for the Holiday.  Kate's family will be over for dinner on Christmas day.

Kate eats vegetarian, which is great, because she makes excellent vegi dishes way better than I can.

But for the carnivores in the family, I've got the handle on that one.

No turkey, no ham . . .

Merry Christmas, folks!

I remember trying to cook steaks in Minneapolis one time in January.  What took me 8 minutes to cook in Texas took about 30 minutes in -10 weather.  Learned to use a broiler after that.
