Have you ever done or seen a Yamaha engine into a Suzuki rolling chassis?  It takes a LOT more than per say "just bolting in an engine".  Considering the engines in most Jap sport bikes are enginneered as members of the frame with no 2 companies using the same alignment nor torsional modeling, it would be a real challenge to say the least.  It would easier to just design one from scratch.

Hell man, with over 1850  motor cycle classes you should find some class to run in.

Looks like it is an open record, if you ran M-BG you would have to beat 175 mph.  I think the modified records in the 650 class might be a little tougher than the A classes.  Seems more people modify a stock frame, rather than doing a swap.
