I finally got permission to post the 2015 rule changes. They're on the home page of the website.
They're the changed rules -- not the complete Book. The changed/added/removed words are highlighted or bold face or struck through -- pretty easy to figure out what's new and what isn't. Being four or so pages long I won't put them here on the Forum, so you'll have to navigate all the way to the homepage (here - I'll make it easy for you:

PS I'll clean off the old articles on the page as soon as I've got a couple of spare minutes. right now I'm starting a nice engraving project. A guy here at the University is in the A&P program and wants his tools marked so they are identifiable. He bought 'em -- a big bunch of Snap On tools -- because they were offered to students at half price. he didn't have much money, but figured he'd never have a good offer like this one again. They are nice tools, too. I haven't found one of them that is marked "Harbor Freight" yet.
