SCTA elections 2014
« on: November 10, 2014, 12:13:13 PM »
Being that we're way out of the SoCal area -- are there results from the SCTA voting for officers?  As I remember - it's been a week or two or three since the election and by now the counting should be done, except maybe for the outlying precincts and the votes from overseas.  There ought to be at least an indication of what's going on - and who's being elected.  Any word yet?

Slim, if I remember correctly the ballots are due no later than Nov. 15th or at Friday nights board meeting. They will be counted there and the results announced late in the meeting.
It was a huge ballot with a massive response I'm sure   So we should know soon.

Thanks.  I knew that voting had happened or was soon to happen -- but not being a member of one of the clubs I didn't know the timing of the voting.  Much thankee.  Keep us posted if nobody else does, please.

SCTA  President Scott Andrews, a Gear Grinder, who was running for re-election wasn't a member in "good standing" at the date of the election.

Confusion continues to be present. At the board meeting both "good standing" and "bad standing" were mentioned by various parties.
