After course walk I don't think it will last too long but what do I know.... The new Ferguson liner #76 looks great. Much easier when you don't need a water tank but a 40+ gallon fuel tank might just bust my budget
Weather is perfect. I hope there's abou a 5 mph wind out of the West to keep the dust away... Good luck too all

Sorry we missed you JD but we didn't get to run till 11:30. Tony said course was OK but we are only going 150 so others results may have varied.

Saw your car turn after the run. First round finished on the plus side of noon. Starting line seemed to send them quicker than I remember when I was in line but at 1 every 2 minutes it still takes over 4 hours to run 125 vehicles. Only saw one go out the back... JD

Tony had to leave for Phoenix (he is working there now) so we couldn't stay for the second round. At 153 we are still 18 MPH short of the record but at least we are going in the right direction now. Had a great time racing with my son and my brother and continuing my tune-up education.

'twasn't me!  Licensing pass for new driver.  I had the tune-up so screwed that after coming down on the motor and parachute, the engine just stalled when he went to motor over to the road.  My fault.

Any way, he got a run with the chute and a brake feel, so all's not lost.  Missed the next license step by 3mph, tho.
