Oil tank location

I don't see anything in the rulebook to the contrary, but is it ok to mount an oil tank in the drivers compartment?

While it may be legal, it's not a good idea. In a crash you might be covered with hot oil... or worse-- the oil might catch on fire. I'd put it somewhere else if you can possibly do it.

If you do it build a fire wall around it.

On further consideration it doesn't seem like a good idea.  It could be ugly if a oil line blows.
