Sidecar Copilot need registration?

We're running a sidecar for the first time. I just registered the bike and myself as pilot, does my copilot need anything besides approved racing gear? Any paperwork?

I'm pretty sure they just need to have all the correct gear and sign a waiver.  But you should ask Drew (AHG) to be sure.
