"fuel pressure regulator question
« on: May 04, 2014, 12:20:56 AM »
Hi Guys,

I have a Mallory 4309 Fuel pressure regulator. Please tell me if I have it connected right or not:

Looking at the diaphragm with the press adjustment screw on top:

1. Bypass line - goes back to the fuel tank, or return line

2. In the middle of the diaphragm - This is the supply line that comes from the fuel pump

3. On the left side of the diaphragm this goes to the carbs

4. On the right side of the diaphragm this goes to my fuel press gauge.

Do these steps or descriptions sound correct?

TIA
Clay

Installation instructions for Mallory 4309:

Does this answer your question or is it the basis of the question?
