Racing Fuel

What are people running for race fuel on natually aspirated bikes with high-ish compression ratios?  I was looking at the VP website at both leaded and unleaded fuels.  Looks like a good choice for leaded would be MR12 or C12, and unleaded would be C10.  I ran some MR12 at the Harvest Event last year and it seemed to run really well but at $150/5 gallons, that's pretty pricey.  Hayabusa compression ratio (stock) is 13.1:1.

MR12 will make the most power, but you need to richen your tune for it- preferably on a dyno, or with your own wideband O2 sensor.

MR12 delivered an extra 21hp on the dyno for me.

I plan on running Autotune with my PCV. Will that be enough or is it worth a visit to the dyno?
