Has anyone heard anything from our LSR brothers and sisters from down under. Just wondering how there speedweek turned out.
The speed that you wish to achieve is only limited by the depth of your wallet.

Found this article on Stuart Hooper (World's fastest Velocette) from the DLRA Speed Week whilst perusing my feeds. 183.370 mph.

Speak a little to the conditions this year.

Try here: http://www.dlra.org.au/2014.htm#RESULT

Some interesting speeds, especially those crazy supercharged 100 and 125cc Hondas.  Also I found a very good running 1953 BSA B32 at 98 mph and a "Skyteam" 50cc that went 86 mph.

Also check out the videos including this one: Rod Hadfield Bronze Aussie spins out

Some of the results have been changed.  The little Skyteam 50cc is now listed at a top speed of 39.5 mph which is more believable.

One (super dedicated) guy (Greg) is updating all that! The run details went up initially as 'raw data' are being edited and any issues reviewed.

Photo's here: http://suus.com.au/speed-week-2014-suus-gets-two-records/

and here:  http://www.vespalabs.org/2014_Speed_Week

Thanks to those who have got this info up already....

I keep looking for my old Vega. But I don't see it. Guess they didn't make it yet.
