I'll announce this here -- and maybe start a thread all by itself, too.

Nancy got in touch with Mike Crawford today and Mike confirms that YES, there will be the same free camping at the site for the new Museum as there has been for the past couple of years.

I've been sent a couple of requests for this information already this spring, so take it and make your plans now.

We'll be thinking about having Salt Talks there again this year, too.  If you've got comments or suggestions about Salt Talks -- please let me know.  Attendance has been down for the past two years.  Any ideas why that's so?

Slim, a lot of us work on our cars (in my case TRUCK and race car) until they run us out of the pits.  At best We are filthy (dirty too!) bleeding and dragging our asses to the Tow Rig.
As much as I enjoy ogling Nancy's wonderful "art work" and visiting with everyone, I usually need a shower and food followed by sleep.
Maybe I need to break a day earlier..............................   :-P :-P :-P  One Run

Ditto, but hope we don't break right away  :-).  Would love to go but usually just too tired and the next morning comes too soon.  If that doesn't happen we will be there,

Sum

I am sure there will be plenty of engines that don't get together by early August, so you will have plenty of offers for rooms.
