Big change for AMA modified production class in 2014
« on: February 13, 2014, 07:16:41 PM »
Not sure how many of you have noticed this but there is a big change in modified production this year:

The engine and frame must be from the same manufacture

In other words if you are running a Harley frame you CANNOT have an S&S engine or use S&S cases any longer.  Don't want anybody to be caught off guard by this change as most of the focus has been on A class.

And that is one of the things that count toward being an A bike, motor different manufacturer than frame
