Speaking of Pork Pie's photos, he kindly gave us a big enlargement (something like 20 x 36 or so) of the Speed Demon at speed during one of it's fastest runs. Not only is the car stopped dead by the camera's shutter -- but you can easily see the "burbling" of the exhaust and air mixture right where the exhaust is vented to the atmosphere. That photo was taken while the car was somewhere north of 450 -- maybe it was the 462 exit speed run.Try that with your Brownie Instamatic camera!
Not only a great foto guy, Pork Pie can interpret that pic to show you your drag areas and suggest fixes to improve your aero. His advise helped get the bike to a 2 Club record under the old aero rules.
