I could be wrong but I believe the stock displacement of an early 750 Honda is actually 736ccs which might give you a little room for clean up but I doubt .050

Mtkawboy:There are websites you can google (I don't know how to add links) ask for engine cubic inch calculation and inch to cubic centemeters calculation.
Last year (2013) I had a set of 1mm over for the classic class ready to swap to replace stock 347cc cylinders (72 R5 350 Yamaha)that makes it 358cc last year rule lowest dissplacment was 500cc now BUB has a 350 classic class. now I,ve got new wossner pistons and nicosil plated cylinders sitting on the shelf. :cry:Chris

Mtkawboy...............You are correct about the 736cc...............but the .050" overbore allows me to go as big as 772/ A 1mm overbore is 761cc.  So for the CLASSIC class I am OK to go.

I am also OK to use this motor with a BIG-Bore kit and compete in the 1000cc category.

What I see as a problem that eliminates several bikes from being able to compete is .............if their stock motor is called a 750 (or a 350; 500 etc) but its actually a few cc's larger, it can only compete in the next larger category but is limited to the 0.050" overbore. The same would apply to a Liter bike that is actually 1001cc or larger in stock bore.

Sooo I'm I reading the rule correctly that even though my bike is  legal in 350 class stock 347cc, I can also run in the 500 class with my 358cc

I haven't seen the rules for this new class, where can they be seen at ? What is the max cc and newest year bike that can be run such as GSXR Suzukis ? Never mind, I see them listed below in another post.

ChrisV..............I believe you can only qualify for one class with a specific bike.............but if you have a set of near 499cc pistons and jugs to swap, you could give it a try. Ask the AMA/FIM guru.

if you change out the jugs and pistons to make it even 1 cc larger than the limit then yes you could run it in 350 and 500 classes.
