I talked to Mike 4 or 5 days ago and gave him a for sure maybe! we will be attending the world of speed if it seems like the thing to do and go for over 300 with a side car we will be there.

The Shootout web site (landspeedevents.com) has been updated and now includes a list of competitors who "have offered verbal commitments" to attend in 2014.  See below.
