Between sojourns to Bonneville I wrote a book about growing up in the Panama Canal Zone during the turbulent 60s and 70s when the Dictator of Panama was pressing for control of the Canal. A few forum members have read it and liked it. The book is written in a warts and all style, with humor and heart, documenting life in the last years of American control of the Canal.
