Merry Christmas to one and all.  Here's how Nancy & I spent a bit of time today:
Here's an apple pie before baking -

And here it is after an hour in the oven:

And I was outside for a while, too:

And Nancy prepared the fatted calf.  Or maybe it's the fatted goose or something:

And one more time:  Happy holidays to all of you folks.  Have a great time - and please remember to be safe so we can have you next time around, too. :-D

And Nancy prepared the fatted calf.  Or maybe it's the fatted goose or something:

I think that's called "ham".

Mmmmm . . . 'bout a 6 hour drive - will there be any leftovers?

Kate's a vegetarian . . .  :-D

Leftovers?  Hunh?  Not likely since we tell the kids "Don't forget to bring some Tupperware if you want to take food home with you".  But you're welcome to visit at suppertime.  Kate, too -- we're having a mix of veggies that'd go fine with her diet, I believe, and there's no question about the apple and berry pies. . .is there?

Happy Holidays to All!!

Ever notice that racing season starts in May?
I would like to think it is weather/conditions related, but no, I believe it is to have time to work off the Holiday festivities and be able to fit into race cars again.
