Clem Johnson has passed away. A true racer, with a great engineering mind. A privilege to have known him.

I got to know Clem when he ran his fast special Vincent "the Barnjob" at some of the drag strips in So. Cal............the bike was a absolute engineering master piece, ran against him several times with my Triumph, needless to say it was no competition for Clem.......that was one fast drag bike.............................

One of the So Cal Vincent legends that helped make the fame of the Vincent worldwide. I was lucky to meet him at a gathering hosted by Vinsky. He will be missed.
