I have found a surefire way of avoiding weight gain during Thanksgiving, I had to have oral surgery on Tuesday!
I could eat the dressing, sweet potatoes etc. but without the act of chewing even those type foods the flavor just wasn't the same. But it was still time of giving thanks for family and the many blessings we have and I give thanks for the ECTA family and living in a country where we can do such things as landspeed race and the the relationships we develop with other competitors, ECTA officials and volunteers.
