halibrand champ 12 bolt center compatible with winters bells

hey all...am looking at the halibrand champ...halibrand is three months out to be able to get any bells on the shelves. Are the same bells made by winters a bolt on deal?...

They will not fit. A new rear from Winters is 3 weeks delivery and the spare parts are on the shelf.

thanks for the reply Joe...it's for a Kurtis Sports Car so we're trying to keep it vintage/Halibrand...side bells non-vintage might've been an option, but as per your input not...
