Hal Needham best known in our sport as the man behind the controversial Budweiser Rocket car sadly died yesterday.

Thanks, Phil. Sorry to hear that.

Needham directed some really fun classic car movies-- "Smokey and the Bandit", Cannonball Run", etc. Those will be in re-runs forever. RIP.
