   I have a little bulls eye in my windshield , passenger side.  3/8 in. no star no cracks

Take it to a windshield guy and get it patched before it starts to run...

You will be Ok for the 130, like stainless said make sure you get it patched before it spreads.  Unless its a straight up and down windshield, I dought it will have enough force below 140 MPH to cause any problems.   wink
