I just got the new issue of Bonneville Racing News. I was overcome by a lot of emotion when I opened it up.
On page 2 was one of the most thoughtful and eloquent tributes to our own Bill Warner.
Scott Guthrie wrote an amazing piece of prose that was straight from the heart, really hit home and paid tribute to Bill Warner like no one else could.
Thank you Scott for putting words on paper that expresses what all of us feel, but sometimes are not able to convey.
You are truly an amazing spokesman for our sport, and I appreciate what you wrote about our friend to the bottom of my heart.
Thank you for your article and all your help with the words I said at the funeral.
