Tube made it to Reno NV but no rule book enclosed.  Some items may ship separately superstitious due to availability

It's Monday afternoon down here in New Zealand, we fly out on Thursday...............tubeless to date, but this has happened before, usually obvious we're serious with a car in tow and easily sorted.

Just FYI,
Everyone who joined BNI before May 29th, was sent their tubes via bulk mailed on June 13. Bulk mail is cheaper, but takes a few weeks. If you joined later, then the tube was sent out via first class mail somewhere in the time slot July 10 - 18. International tubes are also mailed first class and have to be individually customs declared. Some international members choose to have JoAnn hold their tubes and pick them up at SW from the BNI trailer. Rulebooks unfortunately have to be sent separately. They just don't fit in the tubes, with the poster (that is if you want both items to arrive in a good state).
SW confirmations were getting processed and yes, you should get confirmation.

Please.. if you are concerned, contact JoAnn at the SCTA office and she will be more than happy to let you know what is going on.

I've been in touch with JoAnn who is keeping my international membership at the BNI trailer for me to collect.  Also been in touch with Lynda as this means I won't have my pin for when I arrive at the salt. If all goes to plan we should arrive about 4pm on Saturday, have a mooch, collect the passes and BNI membership then head for the Nugget for the hot rods in the evening.
