The last few days I have been posting in the day time.  A spider or other creepy crawley bit me on the knee and it got infected.  It hurts pretty bad.  I can stand OK so I have been spending time on the lathe and pounding aluminum.

The medical folks told me the best thing I can do for my feet, toes, knees, etc, at my age, is to stay in shape and to keep my heart and circulatory system in order.  Also, to avoid diabetes.  The complications from an infection like I have now can be very serious and unpredictable, otherwise.  In my case I am lucky and it is a fairly simple treatment.
