Are you going to try and fix it and run again or are you done.
The speed that you wish to achieve is only limited by the depth of your wallet.

Good, waiting to go into surgery. They are coing to pin a couple of my broken ribs and bleed off some fluid off my left lung. I was able to get slowed to around 100 before I can off.

It's a good sign when you're back to posting. I hope the surgeries go well.

I hope when you get the time to check the bike out it isn't too bad. You did a really good looking job on that project.

All the best in your recovery.

Man-o-man, Mr.8Pack, sir - you have our best wishes for a quick and speedy and complete recovery.  We were to your right on the line when you made that last run Friday - and I didn't realise that it was you that was stretched out over the bike watching the data as you warmed it.  I sure as heck would have walked over for a howdy.  About the get-off -- my sincere sympathies.  The bike looked tasty from where Nancy and I were waiting, and sounded great, too.  But since I was preparing for a run, too, I didn't take the time to let my mind wander into the land where I would have recognised you.

Best wishes, and stay in touch on the Forum so we can help monitor your recovery from the crash and surgery.

Hey Mr. 8,

Hope all the surgeries and recovery goes as smoothly as it can!  Our bike did ride by your pits and someone from your group pointed and said something...  Wish I would've asked the driver to stop.

Bike looked great out on the salt and you did have some impressive speeds!

Be well, & I'll definitely drop by next year!

Sounds like they are going to releases me from the hospital tomorrow  They pulled the drain tube from my lung, no more O2 needed and I am walking without a walker today. Thank you for the prayers and wishes. Looking forward to getting home. My understanding is that the bike is still in very good condition.

That's great! Good to hear you are doing better!

Good to hear your up and moving around. It all gets better from here on.

I heard them announce that you went down and then shortly afterwards, they unplugged and that's how the broad cast ended for speed week.
