Looks like everything is dyno ready  I will be leaving the fuel pressure gauge on just to make sure the rising rate fuel regulator is working as advertised.

Last week while I was building my heat shield. I was thinking I have test fit everything 10 times expect for myself with full gear for a while. I am glad I ate a salad last week :-o(I was starting to think my suit shrunk). Everything feels good but I wish I was able to tuck my right leg in better. The heat shield causes my leg to stick out a little (still better than the smell of burning HAIR )

Off the lift for the first time and ready for the dyno tomorrow morning. This should be very interesting....

I already learned that you have to do a 27 point turn to this mother around in the shop

8Pack;

Put the front & rear wheels up on an el cheapo HF movers dolly. Then you can spin it around any way you want.

I bought a couple last week. I just have not had a chance to do anything with them yet.

240.9 HP
294.2 torque @ 4298 rpm
This was as the boost was rocking through 10#s on its way to 20#s.
It may have been spinning on the dyno when the boost came on and destroyed my a rear tire :-o All and all I am very happy with only a couple loose ends to fix.

Second video is at 75% and as you can tell the BOV works :-D

If it does that to the tire strapped to the dyno you may want to make sure that your turbo doesn't come on to hard. I have seen more that one car an bike spin leaving the line when the turbo came on to fast and the tires just spun..

You really look ready! Looking forward to seeing you at the salt!

Looks great and this is the first time I have seen the build images   one thing I would like to see on a double with all that weight is a functional front brake added..in the event you have a failure, oil fire, lose a chain that takes out the rear brake you will have a hard time waiting for a nearly 1,500lb bike and rider to come to a stop.

Again very cool double!

Thanks

The front brake is more than likely a very good idea however it looks like it will have to be added next year. The good news is that my brake line does not cross the chain (hand control rear brake). I just don't think I have enough build days left to make that happen (bigger fish to fry).

Nice application of Hayabusa parts on the bike...is the engine a four valve dual overhead cam?

Everybody knows if you want your bike to go fast. You have to use some Busa parts?! Right :-D No, they are 1700 Yamaha pushrod engines (4 valve 2 plug heads)

And I thought that Bob George's twin Harley was big...........

but I think Dave Campos went over 230 on it, many tears ago.

Rex or Kent was it high gear only?
