How about-
1> for each forum, the top-most sticky be a link to the website of the sanctioning body (ECTA, etc.).
2> Request [or require?] that each "Registration is open" post include entry fee ($$) information.

Thanks. #1 would be good. #2 was just wishful thinking; landspeed organizers don't seem anxious to "advertise" dollar amounts of entry fees.
